HN Construction & Remodeling is a home construction and remodeling company serving Austin, TX, Dallas, TX and the surrounding Texas metros, specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling, ADU construction, and outdoor living projects. Our Site provides information about our services and lets you request a free quote or book a free on-site estimate appointment.

Requesting a quote or booking an estimate through the Site is a request for information — it does not create a contract for construction work. Estimates and quotes are free and non-binding until a separate written agreement is signed by both you and HN Construction & Remodeling.

• Any pricing we share before a signed agreement is a good-faith estimate and may change based on the final scope of work, site conditions, materials, and other factors.
• The scope, price, schedule, warranties, and other details of any actual project are governed exclusively by a separate written contract, not by these terms or the Site.
• Project photos and descriptions on the Site are examples of past work and are for illustration only; they are not a promise of specific results for your project.

When you book an estimate appointment, you are requesting a time for us to visit your property to take measurements and prepare a quote. All appointments are subject to confirmation, and we may need to reschedule. You agree to provide accurate information and a valid address and phone number so we can reach you.

By submitting our form or otherwise contacting us, you consent to be contacted by HN Construction & Remodeling by phone, text message, and email at the contact details you provide, for the purpose of responding to your request and scheduling your estimate. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by telling us you no longer wish to be contacted.

These SMS / Text Messaging Terms are part of the HN Construction & Remodeling Terms & Conditions and apply to text messages we exchange with you. HN Construction & Remodeling ("HN Construction," "we," "us," or "our") is a home remodeling contractor serving Austin, TX and Dallas, TX, offering kitchen and bathroom remodels, ADU construction, and outdoor living projects.

Our text messaging program is a customer-care and transactional program. It is conversational in nature and is not a bulk or promotional marketing program. We use text messages to help schedule and manage your free estimate and to answer your questions about your project.

You opt in to receive text messages from HN Construction in either of the following ways:

• By submitting our website's estimate-booking / quote form with your mobile phone number and agreeing to be contacted; or
• By verbally agreeing, or agreeing by text or email, to receive text messages from us (for example, when you call or reply to us).

When you opt in, you confirm that the mobile number you provide is yours and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.

The text messages we send are related to your inquiry, estimate, and project. They generally include:

• Estimate appointment confirmations and reminders;
• Scheduling and rescheduling of your estimate or project appointments;
• Conversational replies to your questions, inquiries, and requests; and
• Follow-up messages related to your service request or project.

These messages are transactional and conversational. We do not use this program to send bulk or unsolicited marketing text messages.

You can cancel the SMS service and stop receiving text messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us, or text STOP to (512) 956-8583.

After you send STOP, we will send you one confirmation message to let you know that you have been unsubscribed, and then we will not send you any further text messages. If you would like to receive text messages from us again in the future, you can opt back in by contacting us or by submitting a new request, and you may need to text START to resubscribe.

Message frequency varies. Because this is a conversational, customer-care program, the number of messages you receive depends on how you interact with us, your appointment activity, and the status of your project.

Mobile carriers and wireless service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, and neither we nor the carriers are responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
